HTP6213 is a high efficiency and high precision non-isolated buck and buckboost switching power supply constant voltage control driver chip. It is suitable for a wide input voltage range of 85V AC-265V AC and is especially suitable for emergency lighting power supply drive.
HTP6213 integrates a high-voltage power transistor and adopts a constant voltage control mode, operating in the critical current mode of the inductor. The solution is highly reliable and the external application is simple.
HTP6213 has multiple protection functions, including VCC clamp/undervoltage protection, overtemperature protection, etc.
HTP6213A is suitable for applications with less than 100mA current, and HTP6213B is suitable for applications with less than 150mA current.
The package type of HTP6213 is mainly SOT-23-6L.
